About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for Field Service Engineers to ensure stable operation of ophthalmic equipment
- Arrange spare parts required for repair and maintenance and manage inventory using SAP
- Coordinate with supply chain teams, warehouses, and overseas affiliates to manage shipments and delivery schedules
- Handle urgent cases by arranging priority shipments and tracking progress
- Create and manage purchase orders and collaborate with vendors
- Manage returns and defective products, including tracking and follow-up
Requirements
- Associate degree, technical college diploma, or higher
- Proficiency in Excel (including functions and pivot tables) and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- English proficiency for reading, email correspondence, and basic conversation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems
- Experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, or service operations
