About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for Field Service Engineers to ensure stable operation of ophthalmic equipment
  • Arrange spare parts required for repair and maintenance and manage inventory using SAP
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams, warehouses, and overseas affiliates to manage shipments and delivery schedules
  • Handle urgent cases by arranging priority shipments and tracking progress
  • Create and manage purchase orders and collaborate with vendors
  • Manage returns and defective products, including tracking and follow-up

Requirements

  • Associate degree, technical college diploma, or higher
  • Proficiency in Excel (including functions and pivot tables) and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • English proficiency for reading, email correspondence, and basic conversation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, or service operations
