About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead daily cinema operations, ensuring all departments including Candy Bar, Gold Class, and Projection operate efficiently and in line with company standards
- Monitor service delivery at all touchpoints to ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience
- Drive the delivery of key commercial metrics such as ATV, SPP, loyalty, and upselling performance
- Manage site operations to deliver consistency, compliance, and high team performance
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality, retail, entertainment, or a similar fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of multi-department operational requirements in a service-driven setting
- Working knowledge of inventory management systems, stock control processes, and loss prevention practices
- Knowledge of compliance obligations including HSW, RSA, food safety, and industrial relations
- Sound financial and commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data to improve performance
