About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee service operations for Garden, Fairbanks and Big Turtle I/II Wind farms
- Review and approve employee hours, PTO, and R&R for optimal staffing
- Lead internal and external recruiting, hiring, and personnel functions
- Conduct performance planning and goal setting to drive team success
- Monitor and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for service operations
- Conduct regular safety and quality checks to ensure compliance
Requirements
- Proven experience in service operations management or a related field
- Strong technical background
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent organizational skills and operational strategy focus
- Proficiency in analyzing financial data and KPIs
- Strong communication skills for customer and team engagement
- Valid Driver’s License
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
