Service Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee service operations for Garden, Fairbanks and Big Turtle I/II Wind farms
• Review and approve employee hours, PTO, and R&R for optimal staffing
• Lead internal and external recruiting, hiring, and personnel functions
• Conduct performance planning and goal setting to drive team success
• Monitor and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for service operations
• Conduct regular safety and quality checks to ensure compliance

Requirements

• Proven experience in service operations management or a related field
• Strong technical background
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent organizational skills and operational strategy focus
• Proficiency in analyzing financial data and KPIs
• Strong communication skills for customer and team engagement
• Valid Driver’s License
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
