About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive operational support across daily banking activities
- Conduct service calls to assist customers with account opening and general banking inquiries
- Support day-to-day tasks including KYC for payments, mis-funds transfer handling, and CRS/FATCA processing
- Manage stock transfers and account maintenance follow-ups referred by stakeholders
- Perform client risk profiling through IRPQ assessments
- Conduct regular sales surveillance calls to ensure compliance
- Promote banking products and services to identify client upgrade opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in customer service, sales, or branch operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in banking or financial services
- HKSI 1, 7, and 8 certifications
