Service Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive operational support across daily banking activities
• Conduct service calls to assist customers with account opening and general banking inquiries
• Support day-to-day tasks including KYC for payments, mis-funds transfer handling, and CRS/FATCA processing
• Perform client risk profiling through IRPQ assessments
• Conduct regular sales surveillance calls to ensure compliance
• Promote banking products and services to identify client upgrade opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in customer service, sales, or branch operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in banking or financial services
• HKSI 1, 7, and 8 certifications
