About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with remittance transactions, telex transfers, electronic transfers, and currency exchanges
- Guide customers through the payment process and cross-sell Al Fardan Exchange products and services
- Resolve customer complaints, inquiries regarding branch details, transactions, and exchange rates
- Perform marketing and sales duties during off-peak business hours to increase corridor business
- Generate daily and weekly sales records and end-of-day reports
- Maintain a professional service desk and ensure all official departmental communications are implemented
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0-5 years of experience in the exchange industry, financial institutions, or service industry
- Mandatory fluency in Arabic
- Strong computer skills and efficient typing speed
- Proven ability to handle and resolve customer complaints within stipulated timeframes
- Ability to work in multiple shifts and rotations
- High level of punctuality, accountability, and teamwork
