About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with remittance transactions, telex transfers, electronic transfers, and currency exchanges
  • Guide customers through the payment process and cross-sell Al Fardan Exchange products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints, inquiries regarding branch details, transactions, and exchange rates
  • Perform marketing and sales duties during off-peak business hours to increase corridor business
  • Generate daily and weekly sales records and end-of-day reports
  • Maintain a professional service desk and ensure all official departmental communications are implemented

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 0-5 years of experience in the exchange industry, financial institutions, or service industry
  • Mandatory fluency in Arabic
  • Strong computer skills and efficient typing speed
  • Proven ability to handle and resolve customer complaints within stipulated timeframes
  • Ability to work in multiple shifts and rotations
  • High level of punctuality, accountability, and teamwork
