About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement aftersales strategies for spare parts and service contracts
  • Manage the full logistics process for Renault Trucks original spare parts
  • Develop and modify service contract offerings to meet customer needs
  • Lead and develop the support team, including identifying training needs and planning growth
  • Monitor the aftersales market and prepare analytical reports to drive decision-making
  • Coordinate spare parts pricing and oversee financial settlements for campaigns and contracts
  • Organize and conduct internal training sessions for business partners
  • Manage IT systems related to the service network support area

Requirements

  • Higher education in management, logistics, transport, or a related field
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive or transport industry
  • Strong team management and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in English (communicative level)
  • Analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Valid category B driving license
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel domestically for business purposes
