Service & Network Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support sales at the workshop level by providing technical and network assistance through ZF [pro]Tech and ZF [pro]Points concepts.
• Provide commercial and technical support for existing workshop network partners and assist in new partner acquisition to achieve growth and sales targets.
• Plan and deliver one-day and multi-day technical training courses for distributors, workshop partners, and other customers.
• Handle technical enquiries regarding passenger car products and related mechanical/electrical systems, including technical support for warranty claims.
• Implement market actions in coordination with other departments and monitor market competition at the workshop level.
• Support local and national trade fairs and execute workshop visits alongside field service teams.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in technical support, network management, or similar areas.
• Proven experience in delivering technical training.
• Strong knowledge of the passenger car market.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Fluency in English with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Previous experience working with ZF products.
