Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Support managers in the implementation and correct functioning of operational processes
• Manage scheduled technical assistance within the assigned perimeter
• Implement operational, technical, and health and safety procedures
• Detect needs to maintain water supply networks and associated facilities in correct working order
• Supervise compliance with process control plans, technical performance, and energy consumption
• Prepare analysis reports on best practices and anomaly detection
• Manage the economic aspects of the operation

Requirements

• University degree in a scientific-technical field (Industrial Engineering, Public Works, or similar)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles
• Experience in technical management within water supply and sanitation operations is highly valued
• Valid driver's license
