About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead Service Center operations, including workflow management, mechanic staffing, and KPI tracking
  • Act as the primary service advisor, integrating sales and service experiences for customers
  • Train and develop the service team while holding them accountable to high hospitality standards
  • Manage service costs, organize service orders, and maintain a clean, efficient department
  • Coordinate the building and delivery of bikes to the sales floor and customers
  • Manage all communication between the Service Department and customers

Requirements

  • 3+ years of bicycle service center experience
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent planning, organization, and ability to anticipate shop needs
  • A proactive approach to learning and staying updated on industry trends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Willingness to attend Trek Service classes in Waterloo, WI
  • High energy and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer hospitality
