Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead Service Center operations, including workflow management, mechanic staffing, and KPI tracking
• Act as the primary service advisor, integrating sales and service experiences for customers
• Train and develop the service team to deliver signature hospitality and high-quality work
• Manage service costs, organize service orders, and maintain a clean, efficient department
• Oversee communication between the Service Department and customers, including writing work orders
• Ensure bikes are correctly built and delivered to the sales floor and customers

Requirements

• 3+ years of bicycle service center experience
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service and hospitality expertise
• Ability to plan effectively and anticipate shop needs
• Willingness to attend Trek Service classes in Waterloo, WI
