Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical service requests ensuring they meet budget, timeline, and quality requirements
• Quote T&M and quoted electrical service requests accurately
• Schedule resources and manage service call schedules to meet client commitments
• Manage assigned Field Electricians and oversee electrical field work, installations, and troubleshooting
• Monitor performance using budgets and ensure compliance with company objectives
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement to ensure material availability
• Provide regular status reports to clients and executive management
• Manage customer expectations and act as the primary point of contact

Requirements

• Journeyman Electrician license
• Minimum 5 years of relevant electrical experience in industrial, commercial, or institutional settings
• Minimum 2 years of experience with job quotes and electrical service project management
• Class 5 driver's license
• Strong background in customer engagement and sales
• Ability to read and comprehend control circuits, control panels, and drawings
• Excellent conflict resolution, problem-solving, and analytical skills
