Service Manager – Server & Cloud Security

Responsibilities

• Act as the end-to-end Service Owner for Red Bull’s global Server & Cloud Security services.
• Define and manage security operations in collaboration with managed service providers, internal stakeholders, and vendors.
• Drive innovation to enhance security service performance, resilience, and operational efficiency across server and cloud environments.
• Develop and improve security concepts, architectures, and processes, including system hardening and identity and access management.
• Manage and optimize security technology tools, specifically focusing on cloud security posture management.
• Establish and enforce security standards across global, regional, and local IT teams.
• Oversee the budget for Server & Cloud Security services, including operations, projects, and vendor costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT security, specifically focusing on server and cloud security environments.
• Proven experience with major cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong project management skills and a solid understanding of process management (ITIL knowledge is a plus).
• Fluency in English (German language skills are a plus).
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
