About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of approximately 10 direct reports, providing coaching, mentoring, and leadership
- Oversee P&L responsibilities, including operational budgets, portfolio growth, and cost control
- Drive consistent and reliable financial performance through effective forecasting and budgeting
- Coordinate field technician activities, including manpower capacity and resource allocation for shutdowns
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure high-quality maintenance and service standards
- Lead monthly toolbox meetings and foster a strong safety culture within the team
- Manage customer relationships by resolving complaints and delivering responsive service solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service, Maintenance, or Repair Manager in the Lift, Fire, HVAC, or Security industries
- Extensive experience managing Field Technicians
- Qualification in building, engineering, electrical, or mechanical disciplines is highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability in forecasting, budgeting, and contract administration
- Strong organizational and delegation skills with the ability to coordinate staff productivity
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong commitment to safety awareness
