Service Manager, Preventative Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. preventive maintenance (PM) programs, including standards, task lists, and schedules
• Define PM scopes, frequencies, and acceptance criteria to ensure equipment reliability
• Manage U.S. PM teams and approved service partners while enforcing safety and quality standards
• Oversee service call workflows, including triage, dispatch coordination, and SLA compliance
• Analyze service trends and failure data to inform engineering updates and reliability strategies
• Track and report on key performance indicators such as contract fulfillment and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 8+ years of management experience
• 5+ years of technical experience in data center cooling or HVAC
• Proven track record of building and scaling preventive maintenance programs
• Experience leading distributed field teams
• Strong technical understanding of chillers, CDUs, hydronic systems, and controls
