Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Entry Door service department
• Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments
• Review workload and manpower to meet customer commitments in a cost-effective manner
• Ensure projects are completed timely, below budget, and to customer satisfaction
• Review monthly financial and operational reports to develop improvement action plans
• Improve field force performance through regular performance reviews
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing new employees

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of three years of experience managing personnel
• Ability to communicate with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Ability to review customer survey data and respond to concerns
• Ability for technical applications and mechanical systems
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record
