- Control service income, policies, and daily expenses through SAP.
- Oversee spare parts inventory and technician tool management to ensure 100% reliability.
- Manage the vehicle fleet, including maintenance programs and audits to ensure optimal condition.
- Lead and administer management teams, coordinating meetings to drive business profitability and project implementation.
- Monitor service specialists to ensure compliance with promised customer time windows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in Social Security or Human Resources.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of social security laws, labor regulations, and Federal Labor Law.
- Proficiency with SAP systems.
- Experience in management roles related to social security or HR.
