About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company service strategy to ensure customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and profitability in Singapore and South East Asia.
  • Lead, train, and schedule field service personnel to ensure service delivery meets company standards and KPIs.
  • Manage service operations, including work-in-progress orders, spare parts pricing, and calibration tool management.
  • Oversee SEA regional service by reviewing distributor business, updating installed bases, and conducting yearly audits.
  • Manage customer escalations and establish strong relationships with Heads of Departments at client sites.
  • Ensure quality and compliance by managing field safety corrective actions (FSCA) and adhering to QMS and workplace safety standards.
  • Support Sales teams with tender preparations and contract proposals.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent medical device related educational background.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in medical equipment installation and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Proven experience in Service Level Agreement (SLA) management.
  • Ability to travel 20-30% within the region and internationally as required.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
