Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance employees
• Lead special projects
• Perform skilled maintenance and repair tasks
• Ensure compliance with accident and safety precautions
• Oversee electrical equipment and mechanical systems
• Maintain clean and hygienic premises

Requirements

• Three years of experience in property maintenance
• Proficiency in a specific trade
• Knowledge of building and mechanical trade tools and techniques
• Strong understanding of safety precautions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Organization and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Yardi Software
