Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the quality performance of equipment mechanics and service personnel
• Schedule repairs for customer and company-owned rental equipment
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Manage employee training, development, and workplace safety
• Use proprietary technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders and track machine service intervals

Requirements

• High School diploma; Trade school certificate preferred
• Experience leading maintenance teams
• Industry knowledge in rental or construction fields
• Ideally three years of maintenance and service experience
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move, stand, stoop, or bend freely
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicles
• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen and background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair
• Background in the construction industry
