About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the key interface between customers and internal functions including Sales, Technology, Logistics, and Remanufacturing
  • Build and maintain an installation library and provide feedback on competitor products to support sales decisions
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and internal stakeholders through weekly/monthly updates and service review meetings
  • Implement preventive service management practices and manage maintenance cycles
  • Ensure all field and on-site service activities comply with Edwards standards and legislative requirements
  • Plan and schedule service activities, allocating resources, labor, and materials effectively to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Support Field Engineers to ensure consistent delivery of high service standards
  • Manage service budgets and expenditures, ensuring correct allocation of labor and material costs
  • Interface with customers to provide technical support and guidance to customer engineers

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Strong customer-facing exposure and service orientation
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a management or leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-pressure customer situations
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multilingual skills are a plus
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring team members
