Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage department budget and P&L responsibility
• Control labor and material costs
• Manage employee/job scheduling and dispatching
• Provide technical and mechanical troubleshooting and problem solving
• Communicate with customers to ensure high quality service
• Develop, train, and hire technicians and administrative personnel

Requirements

• Minimum two years of work experience
• Experience in supervisory or managerial roles within commercial building products
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and good driving record

• Bachelor's degree
