Responsibilities

• Manage department budget and P&L responsibility, controlling labor and material costs
• Manage and assist with employee/job scheduling and dispatching
• Provide technical and mechanical troubleshooting and problem solving
• Communicate with customers to ensure high quality service
• Develop, train, and hire technicians, administrative personnel, and trainees

Requirements

• Minimum two years of work experience
• Experience in supervisory or managerial roles within commercial building products
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and good driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
