Service Manager Community (Branch Manager)

Responsibilities

• Manage branch performance and personnel, providing coaching and feedback to support associate development and results.
• Drive sales results by engaging with customers, prospects, and referral sources through proactive outreach.
• Represent the Bank in the community by participating in civic events to generate business and identify opportunities.
• Oversee branch operations to ensure compliance with all regulations, bank policies, and risk management procedures.
• Foster collaborative partnerships to uncover sales or referral opportunities and provide relevant financial guidance.
• Manage banking relationships, including opening deposit accounts and identifying referrals for specialty partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in financial services, sales, or bank operations OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience in these fields.
• Valid driver's license for frequent travel to other offices and customer locations.
• Strong financial literacy and knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Proven ability to apply a structured sales process.
• Experience in operations management.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
