Service Manager Community (Branch Manager)

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and manage a team of sales and service representatives to meet financial goals.
• Drive team performance through coaching, feedback, and accountability to ensure operational soundness.
• Achieve individual and team production results through proactive customer outreach and community engagement.
• Manage banking relationships, including opening deposit accounts and identifying lending referrals.
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to manage operational and legal risk.
• Maintain high service standards by uncovering customer needs and providing relevant financial guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in financial services, sales, or bank operations OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience in these fields.
• Valid driver's license (position requires frequent driving to other offices and customers).
• Strong financial literacy and knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Proven ability to apply a structured sales process.
• Experience in operations management.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
