Service Manager - Charging Infra

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the central team to ensure SOPs and best practices are followed across all stakeholders
• Manage field operations, technical support, and on-site troubleshooting
• Plan e^pump installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair/replacement of parts
• Provide technical guidance to internal teams and customers
• Adhere to safety protocols, quality standards, and uptime management
• Collaborate with local DISCOMs to secure reliable EV power supply
• Identify and engage contractors for obtaining EV power within designated territories
• Manage relationships with landlords, Charge Point Operators, and business owners
• Oversee generation, payment, and reimbursement of electricity bills
• Serve as the single point of contact for local operations teams

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience managing service operations in EV charging stations or cell towers
• High sense of ownership and agility
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
