Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the service department by coaching and mentoring a high-performance team of Technicians, Service Advisors, Porters, and Detailers
• Drive profitability through P&L management, labor cost control, and increased sales
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure a safe, functional working environment
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure success and adjust operational strategies
• Develop strategic plans for staffing levels based on seasonality and maximize shop productivity
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and innovation

Requirements

• Experience managing a high-volume service center in the RV, automotive, marine, or power sports industry
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-layer situations with positive outcomes
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree in a relevant field
• Experience with rebranding initiatives and managing brand growth
• Proven success in leading action planning and goal achievement in ever-changing environments
