Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team to revolutionize the RV service process
• Coach, mentor, and build a high-performance team of technicians, advisors, and support staff
• Drive profitability through P&L management, labor cost control, and increased sales
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure success and adjust operational strategies
• Develop strategic plans for staffing levels based on seasonality
• Implement strategies to maximize shop capacity and productivity
• Maintain a safe, functional, and professional working environment

Requirements

• Experience managing a high-volume service center in the RV, automotive, marine, or power sports industry
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Proven ability to lead action planning and achieve organizational goals
• Ability to manage complex, multi-layered situations with positive outcomes
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across different departments
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree in a relevant field
• Experience with rebranding initiatives and managing brand growth
