Responsibilities
- Achieve budget targets and maintain productivity levels
- Control expenses effectively
- Manage warranty processes to set targets
- Achieve daily Service Operations KPIs
- Build effective relationships with internal and external customers
- Manage key account service issues
- Foster a team environment that enables maximum productivity and profitability
- Manage the HR value chain, including team development, cohesion, and motivation
- Implement team performance ownership programs and Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
- Manage vehicle productivity and section safety
Requirements
- Qualified earthmoving mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, or Mechanical Engineering qualification

- Understanding of product problem management and its impact
- Strong people management skills with the ability to manage high-stress environments
