Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team across the Gawler & Mid North region to meet and exceed KPIs and contractual obligations
• Establish clear operational direction and foster a high-performance culture across multiple locations
• Provide leadership, supervision, and mentoring to develop team capacity and growth opportunities
• Manage monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and business risk in transparency with regional management
• Maintain a strong client focus to ensure service excellence and sustainable employment outcomes

Requirements

• Proven experience in management and team leadership
• Strong background in customer service or client-facing roles
• Demonstrated ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience working towards KPIs and managing performance
• Current Driver's Licence
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
