Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of employment services professionals to ensure high performance and growth.
• Ensure team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contractual obligations are consistently met or exceeded.
• Establish clear operational direction across various locations within the Gawler and Mid North region.
• Develop and maintain a high-performance culture focused on service excellence and client needs.
• Provide timely monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and accountability regarding business risk and governance.
• Foster a team environment driven by purpose, integrity, and a commitment to helping clients find sustainable employment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in management and leading a team.
• Strong background in customer service or a client-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate employees and work with clients to overcome challenges.
• Ability to work towards KPIs and oversee successful employment placements.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of application.
