About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Job Coaches and InWork Support Coaches across Moora and Merredin sites
- Drive performance to ensure KPI targets, placement outcomes, and service standards are exceeded
- Oversee service delivery, workflow, and client experience across multiple locations
- Ensure full contractual compliance with Employment Services requirements, including audits and quality standards
- Manage financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, and achieving profitability targets
- Recruit, onboard, and manage team performance through regular coaching
- Build strong relationships with Services Australia, local employers, and community partners
- Identify operational risks and opportunities for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Strong leadership capability with experience in coaching and performance management
- Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial KPIs
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills, ideally with government or community organisations
- Ability to lead teams to deliver high-quality outcomes against strict KPIs
- Current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle for travel between sites
- A genuine commitment to helping people find meaningful and sustainable employment
