Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Job Coaches and InWork Support Coaches across Moora and Merredin sites
• Drive performance to ensure KPI targets, placement outcomes, and service standards are exceeded
• Oversee service delivery, workflow, and client experience across multiple locations
• Ensure full contractual compliance with Employment Services requirements, including audits and quality standards
• Manage financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, and achieving profitability targets
• Recruit, onboard, and manage team performance through regular coaching
• Build strong relationships with Services Australia, local employers, and community partners
• Identify operational risks and opportunities for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Strong leadership capability with experience in coaching and performance management
• Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial KPIs
• Proven stakeholder engagement skills, including working with government or community organisations
• Ability to work toward strict KPIs and deliver high-quality employment outcomes
• Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for travel between sites
• A genuine commitment to helping people find meaningful and sustainable employment
