Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure team Key Performance Indicators and contractual obligations are consistently met and exceeded
• Establish and communicate clear direction for effective operations across various locations
• Develop and maintain a high-performance culture within the business
• Provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and mentoring to develop team capacity
• Deliver timely monthly financial reporting and forecasting to the Regional or Operations Manager
• Maintain accountability regarding business risk, governance, and financial performance
• Foster a client-focused team environment committed to service excellence

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or a client-facing role
• Proven experience in management and leading a team
• Demonstrated ability to motivate employees and work with clients to overcome challenges
• Confidence in liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work towards KPIs and oversee sustainable employment placements
• Hold a current Driver's Licence
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
