Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of employment services professionals to meet and exceed KPIs and contractual obligations
• Establish and communicate clear direction for effective operations across various locations
• Develop a high-performance culture through leadership, supervision, mentoring, and feedback
• Provide timely monthly financial reporting and forecasting to Regional or Operations Managers
• Maintain accountability regarding business risk, governance, and financial performance
• Foster a client-focused team environment committed to delivering service excellence

Requirements

• Proven experience in management and leading a team
• Experience in customer service or a client-facing role
• Ability to motivate employees and work with clients to overcome challenges
• Confidence in liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work towards KPIs and oversee sustainable employment placements
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
