Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of employment services professionals to meet and exceed KPIs and contractual obligations
• Establish clear direction and maintain a high-performance culture across various locations
• Provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and mentoring to develop team capacity
• Deliver timely monthly financial reporting and forecasting to the Regional or Operations Manager
• Manage business risk, governance, and financial performance with transparency
• Foster a client-focused environment committed to delivering service excellence

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or a client-facing role
• Proven experience in management and leading a team
• Ability to motivate employees and work with clients to overcome challenges
• Confidence in liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work towards KPIs and oversee sustainable employment placements
• Hold a current Driver's Licence
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
