About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Job Coaches and InWork Support Coaches to achieve sustainable employment outcomes
- Drive performance across all sites to ensure KPI targets, placement outcomes, and service standards are exceeded
- Oversee service delivery, workflow, and client experience across multiple locations from Caloundra to Tewantin
- Ensure full contractual compliance with Employment Services requirements, including audits and quality standards
- Manage financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, and achieving profitability targets
- Recruit, onboard, and manage team performance through regular coaching and development frameworks
- Build strong relationships with Services Australia, local employers, and community partners
- Identify operational risks and opportunities for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Experience managing teams or overseeing multiple sites
- Strong leadership capability in coaching, performance management, and operational delivery
- Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial KPIs
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including experience with community organisations or government bodies
- Ability to work toward strict KPIs and deliver high-quality service outcomes
- Current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
- Employment Services experience is highly regarded
