Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Job Coaches and InWork Support Coaches to achieve sustainable employment outcomes
• Drive performance across all sites to ensure KPI targets, placement outcomes, and service standards are exceeded
• Oversee service delivery, workflow, and client experience across multiple locations from Caloundra to Tewantin
• Ensure full contractual compliance with Employment Services requirements, including audits and quality standards
• Manage financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, and achieving profitability targets
• Recruit, onboard, and manage team performance through regular coaching and development frameworks
• Build strong relationships with Services Australia, local employers, and community partners
• Identify operational risks and opportunities for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Experience managing teams or overseeing multiple sites
• Strong leadership capability in coaching, performance management, and operational delivery
• Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial KPIs
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including experience with community organisations or government bodies
• Ability to work toward strict KPIs and deliver high-quality service outcomes
• Current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
• Employment Services experience is highly regarded
