About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of direct reports to provide exemplary service to residents
- Manage all aspects of property maintenance, including vendor relationships, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns
- Oversee resident service requests and ensure timely resolution
- Communicate property maintenance and capital needs to management
- Ensure compliance with operating procedures, regulations, and Environmental Health & Safety standards
- Manage the maintenance budget efficiently to maximize ROI while maintaining high quality
Requirements
- At least 3 years of technical maintenance and facilities management experience in the property management industry
- 1-3 years of experience leading a team in customer service and asset maintenance
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Physical ability to move heavy equipment and machinery
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
