About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of direct reports to provide exemplary service to residents
  • Manage all aspects of property maintenance, including vendor relationships, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns
  • Oversee resident service requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Communicate property maintenance and capital needs to management
  • Ensure compliance with operating procedures, regulations, and Environmental Health & Safety standards
  • Manage the maintenance budget efficiently to maximize ROI while maintaining high quality

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of technical maintenance and facilities management experience in the property management industry
  • 1-3 years of experience leading a team in customer service and asset maintenance
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
  • Reliable mode of transportation
  • Physical ability to move heavy equipment and machinery
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
