About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support, assistance, and guidance to end-users
- Perform incident analysis, investigation, diagnosis, reporting, and resolution
- Update system documentation including Functional System Specifications and User Manuals
- Participate in meetings, testing, training, and end-user support activities
- Report test results and classify incidents such as software defects or new functionality using tracking tools
Requirements
- University degree in an IT-related field
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools and Internet technologies
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Proficiency in French or Dutch is considered an asset
