- Drive continuous improvement using PDCA/DMAIC methodologies and data-driven prioritization.
- Standardize and document processes, runbooks, playbooks, and policies to ensure scalability and auditability.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technology, processes, or operational coordination.
- Background in Systems Science, IT Management, Datacenter/IT Infrastructure, or Lean/Quality Development.
- Experience in roles such as Service Delivery Manager, Operations Analyst, or PMO professional.
