Service Management Assistant

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update technical and operational documentation including SOPs, runbooks, and implementation guides
• Provide administrative support to Service Delivery Managers, including preparing operational reports and dashboards
• Support budget planning, expenditure tracking, and resource allocation monitoring
• Create, update, and track Change Requests (CRQs) following ITSM processes
• Coordinate operational tasks and activities across technical teams using task management tools

Requirements

• Experience in service management, operations support, or PMO support
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills
• Experience with budget tracking and resource allocation
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and Change Management processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of ITIL principles and service management best practices
• Experience in infrastructure, cloud, or managed services environments
• Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance
• Strong English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps
• Experience with service governance and operational compliance
