Service Line Manager, Demolition, Decommissioning & Abandonment

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Decommissioning, Demolition & Abandonment service line
• Steward execution of complex DDA programs including well and facility abandonment, demolition, and site transitions
• Support identification and pursuit of new business opportunities and RFP responses
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, and stakeholders
• Support cross-service collaboration with Assessment, Remediation, Reclamation and Closure (ARRC) and Water Resources and compliance (WRC) teams
• Mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams while fostering a culture of safety

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical diploma, or trade-qualified professional status
• 15+ years of experience in industrial or environmental asset retirement
• Experience in well, pipeline, facility, and infrastructure abandonment and demolition
• Proven leadership experience overseeing complex, contractor-driven execution and high-risk field operations
• Strong understanding of regulatory and client requirements for site closures
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, margins, schedules, and resourcing
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
