Service Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the execution of internal and external technical service activities.
• Plan work scope and team schedules to ensure deadlines and goals are met.
• Ensure rapid customer response regarding instrument repairs and technical support.
• Review technical reports, calibration documents, and service certificates produced by the team.
• Perform field technical visits, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
• Execute field acceptance tests, commissioning, start-up, and assisted operations.
• Supervise product assembly and provide remote troubleshooting support.
• Deliver product training to users and support the development of training proposals.
• Act as a technical reference to disseminate knowledge among team members.
• Identify commercial opportunities and support business development efforts.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience, including technical team leadership and project or service management.
• Strong knowledge in Instrumentation, Electrical systems, Processes, and Maintenance Planning.
• Technical degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Professional registration or certification required for field activities.
• Proven experience in planning and executing technical activities with deep product knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

• Specific technical certifications in your field of expertise.
• Experience working in the Pecém or São Gonçalo do Amarante region.
