Responsibilities
- Manage the operational relationship with the CLIENT, acting as the contract focal point to ensure timely and technical communication.
- Plan, develop, and validate Weekly Predictive Maintenance Programs, ensuring correct resource and tool allocation.
- Supervise and consolidate Daily Activity Reports and Executed Service Orders to ensure information traceability and diagnostic quality.
- Review, approve, and implement preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with the Maintenance Program, technical guidelines, safety standards, and contract KPIs.
- Lead and execute service activities, managing human, technical, and logistical resources for operational efficiency.
- Identify operational deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities to optimize maintenance management.
- Guarantee compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
- Ensure correct technical documentation, including vibration analysis, thermography, and diagnostics.
Requirements
- Professional degree, licensed and active in Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in service-oriented roles within the mining sector, as a contract leader or similar position.
- Knowledge in Project Management (KPI management, etc.).
- Skills in effective communication, personnel administration, organization, and planning.
- Ability to read, synthesize, and write technical documents.
