Service Leader

Responsibilities

• Educate guests on menu items, seasonal ingredients, and locally-sourced meals
• Train and guide team members throughout shifts
• Ensure every guest has an outstanding and memorable experience
• Manage service flow across the dining area, service line, and cash registers
• Oversee food quality and maintain a well-stocked service line
• Open and close the restaurant proficiently

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead
• Competency in delegating tasks and maintaining accountability
• Strong time management and multitasking under pressure
• Genuine passion for quality food and connecting with people
• Mastery of Restaurant Team roles and completion of required training
• Physical capability to lift weights as required
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
