About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the workshop and organize daily service processes to ensure efficiency.
- Guarantee high-quality repairs and assembly for both new bikes and customer service requests.
- Monitor workshop performance indicators to ensure profitability.
- Provide exceptional hospitality and expert advice to customers regarding repairs, service packages, and accessories.
- Maintain optimal stock levels to ensure rapid service delivery.
- Lead continuous training on appropriate technical methods and techniques.
- Participate in the development of service offers and customer loyalty initiatives.
Requirements
- A deep passion for cycling and the bike community.
- Essential experience in the repair and/or assembly of both mechanical and electric bikes.
- Several years of experience in a bike retail or workshop environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and remain resilient under stress, especially during peak seasons.
- Conscientious work ethic with a strong service orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
- CFC certification (or equivalent technical qualification).
- Professional experience within the sports industry.
- Proficiency in English.
