Ampersand Brands is a growing portfolio of beloved confectionery brands, including Hammond’s Candies, the iconic hand-crafted candy maker, and Lolli & Pops, a premium retail and gifting brand with a national presence.
Responsibilities
- Help drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets
- Keep team focused on guest engagement, sampling, and product knowledge
- Maximize team performance through coaching and leading by example
- Assist in training, developing, and motivating team members
- Assist Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, and inventory management
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Ensure consistent enforcement of all policies and procedures
- Lift up to 25 pounds
Requirements

- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 lbs using safety techniques
