Ampersand Brands is a growing portfolio of beloved confectionery brands, including Hammond’s Candies, the iconic hand-crafted candy maker, and Lolli & Pops, a premium retail and gifting brand with a national presence.

Responsibilities

  • Help drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets
  • Keep team focused on guest engagement, sampling, and product knowledge
  • Maximize team performance through coaching and leading by example
  • Assist in training, developing, and motivating team members
  • Assist Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, and inventory management
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
  • Ensure consistent enforcement of all policies and procedures
  • Lift up to 25 pounds
