About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, assist, and motivate sales associates to deliver high-value customer experiences on the selling floor.
  • Partner with associates to improve selling skills and achieve sales goals and KPIs.
  • Lead a high-performing, service-oriented team through real-time coaching and feedback.
  • Manage customer flow to ensure excellent service and that no client is left unattended.
  • Drive partnership between sales associates, specialists, stock associates, and the operations team.
  • Develop and retain talent through monthly development plans and performance reviews.
  • Resolve difficult customer issues and escalate to management when necessary.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including securing merchandise and POS procedures.
  • Drive the in-store digital experience using available digital resources.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of previous supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
  • Advanced knowledge of POS systems.
  • Experience with Apple mobile devices and comfort using digital tools.
  • Ability to lead by example and deliver the brand experience to customers.
