About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and energize the sales team to deliver high-value, unforgettable client experiences.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to associates to improve selling techniques and drive conversion.
- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring seamless customer flow and high service standards.
- Partner with store management to achieve sales goals, KPIs, and retail scorecard improvements.
- Cultivate top talent through structured development plans, monthly growth reviews, and training.
- Resolve complex customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Support operational excellence, including store opening/closing procedures and digital service integration.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-centric role.
- Fluency in the local language; English proficiency is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building personalized client relationships.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and luxury competitor products.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A genuine interest in fashion, art, and culture.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in clientelling and managing long-term customer relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented luxury environment.
- Additional language skills are considered a plus.
