About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise, assist, and motivate sales associates to deliver high-value customer experiences on the selling floor.
- Provide real-time performance coaching and feedback to help the team achieve sales goals and KPIs.
- Manage customer flow to ensure excellent service and that no client is left unattended.
- Drive partnership between sales associates, specialists, stock associates, and the operations team.
- Develop and retain talent through monthly development plans and performance reviews.
- Resolve difficult customer issues and escalate to management when necessary.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including securing merchandise and POS operations.
- Drive the in-store digital experience using available digital tools and resources.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of previous supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems.
- Experience with Apple mobile devices and comfort using digital tools.
- Ability to lead by example and deliver a premium brand experience.
